“ This place will not last. I mean this in the most pessimistic way. It is a great dive bar, incredible location by the beach. The kind of dive bar you hope will be everywhere you ever go that is nice. And it will be forced out of existence. The lease will run out. And even if a landlord is sympathetic, money will win. Then we'll have another Starbucks or Jamba juice or whatever God forsaken chain place. Enjoy Turc's while you can. It is amazing, and something that you won't be able to experience 10 years from now. ”
